Running at XCR tomorrow? Here’s some key information below!

*address is St Anne’s Winery (Myrniong) 64 Garrards Ln, Myrniong VIC 3341. Check this as two St Anne’s venues might come up.
In Google Maps/Apple Maps/Waze, type in St Anne’s Winery – Myrniong and follow the directions.

*the club tent will be present at 11:45am with snakes, uniforms and numbers.

*dogs are welcome but must be on a lead at all times.

Outstanding results for Knox at Hanging Rock for XCR round 1 ‼️

*7th in Men’s Open Premier Division. 🥇 in both mens Open Division 5 and 7.

* 🥇 for both our male and female U14 teams with Andison, Chloe & Mia taking out 1st, 2nd and 4th respectively for the girls 🔥

*Lachie and Kerno had stellar results for the open men’s finishing 11th and 14th overall.

*32 athletes in total competing for Knox with many more amazing runs.

XCR INFORMATION 🚨
With round 1 this Saturday, please find some key points below:

*Race numbers will be available from the club tent around midday, otherwise they can be collected from the AV tent earlier.

*Heritage uniforms can be worn if available. Little aths uniforms are allowed otherwise there will be spare Knox uniforms at the club tent from midday onwards.

*Due to gravel on the course it is recommended to NOT wear spikes.

*AthsVic has requested that if you are travelling from Melbourne, please turn right onto Colwells Road from Coach Road to access the course.

*No dogs allowed at the venue.
